Buyers should verify the delivery details, inspect the item before accepting delivery whenever possible, and report any significant issues through the platform.
5. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers should package items securely, ship them within the agreed timeframe, and provide accurate information about the item and its condition.
6. Delivery Providers
Delivery providers operate independently from TrendInCycle. TrendInCycle is not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage that occurs while an item is in transit.
7. Safety
For local meet-ups, TrendInCycle recommends meeting in a safe, public place and inspecting the item before completing the transaction.
