Welcome to TrendInCycle. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TrendInCycle platform. By creating an account, browsing, listing items, or using any part of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. About TrendInCycle
TrendInCycle is an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of fashion-related items. We provide the platform but are not a party to transactions and do not own, inspect, purchase, sell, store, or deliver listed items.
3. Eligibility
Users must provide accurate information. TrendInCycle may request identity verification. Accounts created with false or fraudulent information may be suspended or permanently removed.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and all activity under them. Notify TrendInCycle immediately of unauthorized access.
5. Listings
Individual users may publish listings free of charge. TrendInCycle may introduce optional premium services or fees for business, commercial, or professional seller accounts in the future. Listings may be reviewed before publication, and TrendInCycle may edit, reject, remove, suspend, or permanently ban listings or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
6. Buyer Responsibilities
Review descriptions, photos, sizes, prices, and condition before completing a transaction. Inspect items before accepting delivery or completing a meet-up whenever possible. Report items that differ significantly from their description.
7. Seller Responsibilities
Provide honest descriptions, clear photos, disclose defects, list only items you have the legal right to sell, and upload only content you own or are authorized to use.
8. Shipping & Local Meet-up
Transactions may be completed through a third-party delivery provider using the provider's standard shipping rates unless TrendInCycle offers a promotional rate, or through a local meet-up if both parties agree. Delivery providers operate independently from TrendInCycle.
9. Returns & Refunds
Meet-up transactions are final unless both parties agree otherwise. Buyers should inspect shipped items before accepting delivery whenever possible. Claims for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments should be directed to the delivery provider.
10. Prohibited Activities
Counterfeit items, stolen property, illegal goods, fraud, scams, weapons, illegal drugs, adult products, used underwear, used swimwear, used or opened cosmetics, food, hazardous materials, recalled products, and content that infringes intellectual property rights are prohibited.
11. Reviews & Community Trust
Buyers are encouraged to leave honest reviews after successful transactions to help build trust and assist future buyers.
12. Limitation of Liability
TrendInCycle is a platform only and is not responsible for transactions, payment arrangements, product quality, authenticity, delivery services, or disputes between users.
13. Fraud & Illegal Activity
TrendInCycle has zero tolerance for fraud or illegal activity and may cooperate with authorities where required or permitted by law.
14. Changes to These Terms
TrendInCycle may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
